Inside a Case Study
The following representative case studies highlight a different implementation challenge, the approach taken, the outcomes achieved and lessons learned.

Multi-Location Healthcare Workflow Implementation
Challenge
A multi-location healthcare provider was experiencing inconsistent workflows, fragmented data, and limited visibility across locations, making it difficult to deliver consistent operations and support long-term adoption.
Approach
I worked with stakeholders and subject matter experts to map existing workflows, improve data consistency, coordinate system integrations, and deliver role-based training that reflected how teams actually worked.
Outcome
The result was a structured and cohesive system that improved visibility, reduced friction, and greater consistency across locations.
Legacy Platform Migration
Challenge
Led the migration from a legacy system to a modern platform, ensuring data integrity and continuity of operations throughout the transition.
Approach
Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, I coordinated data preparation, validation, and deduplication, aligned the new system with operational requirements, and supported a phased migration that minimized risk while maintaining business continuity throughout the transition.
Outcome
The migration was completed accurately, on schedule and with minimal disruption, resulting in a more scalable, reliable system that better supported ongoing operations and long-term adoption.
Lessons Learned
Successful migrations are built on thoughtful preparation, clean data, stakeholder collaboration, and careful planning—not technology alone.
